Updated 4/07 [F 38] I was interested in the subject of cul-de-sac orgasms I saw on your website. I had never heard of orgasms being achieved in this way. However, I can tell you that I am aware of this anatomical structure they are referring to. I am a labor and delivery nurse, and I perform cervical exams very frequently. I have only felt this "variation" on two women. The first time, I was so surprised that I had a hard time keeping my jaw from dropping. I'm sure the woman had absolutely no idea that her vagina was any different from anyone else. All women have a little space underneath their cervix at the end of the vagina. In women with this "cul-de-sac" the space is not so little. I could feel this woman's cervix where it should be, but the vagina opened up into this cul-de-sac and I could actually move my fingers pretty freely (comparatively speaking). I would have to estimate the space to be at least as wide as a head of a large penis, and AT LEAST as long as the top knuckle on my 1st and middle fingers. But I couldn't actually reach the back, so it's hard to say how long it really was. If I had to guess, I'd say that her vagina extended about 1 1/2 to 2 inches past the cervix. And because of the position of this culdesac, any penetration deep enough to reach that and fill those spaces would also pull on the structures supporting the vagina and uterus. I think it would produce an enhanced feeling of fullness, in the same way that orgasms are more satisfying when full (for me anyway). Hope this is helpful in some way.

I have never heard this term before but after reading the brief description, I realized that two women I had been with in my youth fit this description. This was quite a revelation. I had never really made a connection until now.

Updated 5/06 [M] I'm not exactly sure what is meant by a vaginal "cul de sac," but I can testify about one woman with whom my wife and I enjoyed sex.
Now, I don't have an unusually large penis; it's 6.75" when fully erect. I was fucking this woman, not particularly hard or aggressively, and at one point, we paused and pushed together, savoring the moment.
